We’re so happy to care for your fur-baby! We pride ourselves on running a healthy & efficient home-away-from-home for your pet. Here’s some important information on our requirements.
For the health of all our furry guests, we require your dog to be up to date on their Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo, and Canine Influenza (H3N8 & H3N2) vaccines. Your cat needs to be up to date on FVRCP and Rabies. For our puppies and kittens, all rounds of puppy and kitty vaccines must be complete
To keep our facility flea-free, we require all our guests to be on a monthly flea regimen. We recommend speaking to your vet about which medication is best for you and your pet.
To keep each pet on their same diet (routine, type & portions), we encourage you to bring their own food and request you bag and label each serving separately. This helps us maintain accuracy in feeding and ensures we have just the right amount of food for your pet’s stay.
There’s no need to bring either! We have plenty of clean dishes and comfy bedding provided free of charge.
For the safety and comfort of our visitors, all group play participants must be spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months. But we’re happy to care for your intact pet! Your furry-family member will enjoy plenty of human attention and exclusive roam time in our play yards.
Dogs are social and activity and human interaction is key to their well-being – especially while away from home. Therefore, we require all canine guests to choose which activity package is best for them. Activity packages are charged daily.
Just like a regular hotel, we have a standard checkout time of 12:00 noon for all our guests. If you need to pick up later than noon, your pet will enjoy the rest of their stay playing in our daycare for an additional daycare fee.
A $50 deposit is required to secure all reservations. Deposits are refundable if a cancellation notice is given 24 hours in advance of the check-in date.
We are happy to keep your fur-baby on the same medication regimen that she/he has at home! Please note that we do not administer injectables. A $3 fee will be charged per administration of medication(s).
